Years 1-5:
- Survey the city and form relational contacts
- Language acquisition (Spanish and Quechua)
- Evangelism using small groups, a Bible institute etc.
- 1st church plant in a central location
- Networking with other Bolivian churches (La Paz and Santa Cruz)
Years 5-10:
- Leadership development using mentoring, internships etc.
- 2nd church plant
- Continued evangelism using small groups, a Bible institute etc.
Years 10-15:
- Continued leadership development: national elders, deacons, teachers and evangelists
- 3rd church plant
- Continued evangelism
- Exit Strategy:
At least 2 families will remain on the field until local leadership is in place (elders, deacons, evangelists)
